Sojourn Residential Living is an adult day program for seniors and adults with disabilities in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. We serve Columbus, Ohio and its surrounding areas. Established in 2017, we offer seniors and adults with disabilities a fun and safe place to be with tons of activities and an abundance of love when their caregivers are at work. 

We believe in person-centered care that is why we maintain a small footprint. It is important that the individuals that we care for feel comfortable, safe, and loved. We know big day centers have their place and create a wonderful environment for some.

What puts Sojourn residential living above the rest is we are geared to individuals and families that are looking for a family-like atmosphere with one-on-one support with their loved ones having the same staff day after day so we can get to know exactly what that person needs to thrive.

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include fun activities in our community, exercise programs and much more. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
